This study reveals the reason of Bangsamoro revolution which started as a response to the discriminatory treatment and historical injustice committed against the Moro people. There were many movements appeared in the past. Two important revolutionary groups, namely the Moro National Liberation Front and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front, have negotiated with Philippine government for the attainment of Peace and development. The present paper discusses the details of how Bangsamoro revolution brought into existence and how they became instrument in the realization of peaceful Mindanao. This revolution has paved the way to political settlement. The achievement of autonomy arrangement in Mindanao is seen as a process of Bangsamoro political evolution. Part of the political evolution is the realization of Moral Governance that sheds light to the government led by Moro Islamic Liberation Front. The Bangsamoro Transition Authority which would last for three years is headed by Moro Islamic Liberation Front founded on Moral Governance championed by AhodEbrahim, the Chief Minister. This government is democratic which ensures people‘s participation. People have authority to look for and elect their leaders. There is people‘s place in the Bangsamoro Government. Bringing into reality this notion of economy of autonomy which means maximization of the autonomous power is a great challenge of this new government.

Smart-card reader technology had been introduced into the Nigeria‟s electoral system to eliminate electoral frauds and manipulations that lead to pre-, on- and post-election crises in Nigeria. This is serious problem which do not only undermine good governance but also lead to loss of lives. Against this background, evaluation of Voters‟ Perception of Smart-card readers in 2019 General Election was conceived on the need to investigate respondents‟ perception of the technology, whether the technology had stopped multiple voting and make election credible before the electorate. Using the survey research method, the study sampled a total of 400 respondents from Ayamelum and Dunukofia local government areas of Anambra state. The sample was drawn using Rakesh [1] sample determination formula while purposive sampling technique was used to select only the electorates who participated in the election for the study. The research was based on the uses and gratifications and technological acceptance theories of mass communication. Findings revealed that the smart-card reader technology is a total failure given that it could neither stop multiple nor make the election credible in the eyes of the electorates, a situation which attracted negative perception of the technology from the respondents. Among others, the researcher recommended that INEC should affect the corrections on all errors observed to have marred the use the technology and religiously improve on it for better elections in future.

This research is expected to find out whether top management commitment has an influence on the success of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and what the impact is on the quality of resulted accounting information. This research is hoped to become an evident that the research model presented may become a solution in solving problems and give benefits in developing knowledge related to the success of ERP system which affects to the resulted accounting information quality. Methodology used in the research was explanatory research, to get basic answers on causes and effects by analyzing the causes of a problem. Data collection was done by handing out questionnaires to state owned companies in Indonesia, and the data were analysed with SEM PLS. Results show that top management commitment has an influence on the ERP system and also gives impact to the resulted output that was making accounting information reliable.

This literary study mainly analyzes the context of the selected classic short stories. The verbal data supporting the said claim are descriptively investigated based on feministic theory, psychoanalytical theory, and historical-biographical theory. The study is buttressed with related literature and study, and is done with discourse analysis. The study gathers the following findings: (1) Anton Chekhov‟s “The Lady with the Dog,” reveals feministic and gender issues that shape the story‟s plot, (2) Edgar Allan Poe's “The Cask of Amontillado” discloses psychoanalytical outlooks which show the genuine personality and role of the characters, and (3) Mark Twain's “The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras County” echoes the author‟s personal life. This study further uncloaks that Chekhov‟s short fiction portrays three feministic insights: the feminine, feminist, and female, Poe's masterpiece discloses psychoanalytic concepts on id, superego, and Freud's concept of projection, and Twain‟s work shows the author's presence in the text which compasses journey, downfall, moral failing, and dream. The utilized theories of literature for analysis provides a better understanding of the aforesaid tales. The studied short fictions hedge to gain more appreciation and comments of the people in the field of literary study.

This paper describes an ongoing experiment to develop digital input for university students majoring in English to learn basic interpretation skills. My innovation teaching method applying to the interpretation course, mainly is to focus on multimedia application and interpretation practice. Students are asked to work out with their interpretation performance with a set of interpretation training which would have been learned during the course. Students will create the whole assimilated interpretation situation and perform their interpretation skills in teamwork during the final stage. The new complexities of digital application inevitably expand the field for interpretation training and teaching. A framework for multimedia application will be presented and discussed.

Superstitious beliefs and practices are common features among the cultures of Sri Lanka (Known as Ceylon earlier). Those beliefs and practices were inherited from the people of India with whom the Island had maintained close relations since ancient times. The traditional political culture of Sri Lanka was modernized with the introduction of democratic political reforms during the British colonial period and the country was gradually transformed into a modern secular state. Nevertheless, some traditional beliefs and practices that were prevalent in the general culture have refused to die out because they are being perpetuated by all the people including present-day politicians who mix it with their political activities. Thus, the main objective of this paper is to examine and assess the behavior of the politicians who due to their ingrained superstitious beliefs engage in various practices, hoping this will help them to realize their political goals. This paper used primary and secondary data with mostly observations constituting the primary data. The secondary data of the study was mainly drawn from electronic and print media reports, as well as books and journal articles relevant to this topic. Astrology has been the most popular guiding force among the politicians seeking ways to fulfill their political ambitions. Many politicians embark on their political careers and engage in important activities only at auspicious hours worked out by their astrologers. During election times astrologers are always sought out by the candidates who expect them to make accurate predictions about the election results. This has become a most popular practice nowadays. Another common practice is for politicians to engage in the age-old ritual of “dashing coconuts” at various religious places like “Seenigama Devol Devalaya,” “Munneswaram Kovil,” “Katharagama Devalaya,” and so on. The politicians engage in these superstitious activities more in order to build public opinion in favor of their election campaigns rather than with any idea of obtaining the blessings of the deities to solve their problems.

The postwar period witnessed a rise of neoliberal international financial and trading institutions, namely, the International Monetary Fund, World Bank and World Trade Organisation. However, the problematic philosophical pivots behind those neoliberal international institutions put the interests of major developing economic powers at a more disadvantageous position and exacerbate the undesirable prospects of the divides between the poorest parts of the world and the richest parts of the globe with little expansive social responsibility. With the rise of China as a largest developing economic power, the failure of those neoliberal institutions in addressing those underlying problems facilitates many emerging economic powers and civilisational entities to count on China for taking more social responsibility at an international level. Under this circumstance, the philosophical conceptions behind the Belt & Road Initiative and pragmatic implementation of the substances behind the Initiative on one side galvanise and strategise the sustainable development of Chinese economy, infrastructure and employment——a kind of extension and safeguard of raison d‘état of China in a global environment of uncertainty, and on the other side functions as a newly-established magnificent counterforce to, the monopolistic, monolithic neoliberal international financial and trading architectures. Through dialectics and empirical studies on multiple cases and data analysis of overseas investment projects around the Belt and Road Initiative at a global axis, this paper seeks to at a global level undertake theoretical extrapolations on the philosophical conceptions and ideational substance behind the Belt and Road Initiative and provides empirical and interpretative assessments of philosophical disparities and yet institutional co-opetition (cooperation and competition) and reciprocity between the neoliberal financial and trading institutions and the Belt and Road Initiative in the 21st century of reorganisations and restructuring of international order—a multipolarity-oriented century that is far more unpredictable and partner-intertwining than the 20th century of the realist-hierarchical bipolarity. It has been observed that the phenomenal Chinese economic sustainability index inadvertently unfolds a newly-focused representative, inclusive initiative, especially including the Belt & Road Initiative, across the Asia-Pacific region, the European continent and elsewhere, which is not encapsulating macroeconomic opportunity, and instead unleashing a continuation of multidimensional, inter-civilisational engagements for maximum trans-continental macroeconomic reciprocity instead of zero-sum mentality. This paper tends to draw temporary conclusions that the BRI philosophy of more representation, inclusion, and grand course of growing international responsibility provides different strategic pivots and architectures with those of the neoliberal international institutions which did not raise certain targeted philosophical questions of dysfunctionality of unilateral neoliberal structural adjustments and falsifiability of exclusive voting share. Thus, the feasibility and outcomes of implementation of the philosophical conceptions and ideational and institutional substances around the Belt and Road Initiative in international development can generate more deliverable considerable outcomes for a handful of economic stakeholders and civilisational entities for a long period and years to come.

Capacitating teachers doing action researches provides an avenue to innovate teaching practices in the classroom that will give a greater impact to the total development of the students in public schools. This study assessed the level of academic writing motivation of the teachers and how it influences their competence in doing action researches. Descriptive and Correlational research design was used to achieve the objectives of the study participated by 46 public elementary school teachers in Sto. Angel District of DepEd-San Pablo City. It was found out that the teachers are motivated in doing academic writing outputs to properly document the best practices they have imposed in teaching and learning processes with an average level of research competence. Also, their average level of academic writing motivation has a moderate significant relationship to the competence level of the teachers in writing action researches. This further show that teachers should be given training program in conducting action researches highlighting the technical aspects, methodology, writing analysis and interpretation and proper citation enough to become equipped in documenting their teaching initiatives.

Being competent in managing online classes through the different qualities of the instructors incorporating active teaching and learning and technological capacities are important during the implementation of flexible schemes as a result of the educational reform amidst pandemic. With this, the researchers focused this study on determining the level of competence of the instructors in one institution in handling flexible teaching modalities and how it influences the engagement and satisfaction of the students in learning the lessons. Descriptive and correlational research designs were used having 133 randomly selected students from three different colleges in criminal justice education, computer students and teacher education. There were three sets of adopted instruments used answered by the students enrolled in a certain course handled by the researchers during 2020-2021 academic year. As observed by the students, their teachers are highly competent in establishing active learning, administration/ leadership, active teaching/ responsiveness and technological aspects in the delivery of flexible teaching and learning. When the teachers are highly competent in doing their task, students on the other hand are highly engaged and satisfied to different aspects involved in the flexible learning. As a result, there is a positive significant relationship depicted between teachers‟ competence and students‟ engagement. Similarly, positive significant relationship was obtained between teacher‟s competence and students‟ engagement in flexible teaching and learning. Moreover, when teachers were able to establish active learning and technological competence in their classes it predicts high engagement among their students. Lastly, when there is active learning and teaching as well planned by the teachers it predicts more satisfied students in the administration of flexible schemes of learning the tasks

Effective nursing notations and the nurse/patient relationship are essential for mental health nursing. Therefore, both elements should be included in mental health education and nursing training. Understanding the dynamics involved, however, can be challenging for undergraduate nursing students. Commonly, students from the University of Talca would omit crucial details that were necessary to properly analyze a patient's state of mental health. Some students did not know how to go about establishing professional relationships with the patients. For this reason, a patient assessment guide is highly recommended. This allows for the students to improve their assessment skills. The main objectives that motivated the design of this tool were to support the nursing student’s learning process, promote a systematic record of the main phases of the therapeutic relationship, and apply specific verbal and non-verbal techniques to communicate well with patients. This evaluation form was designed according to Peplau’s middle-range theory of interpersonal relations. The form includes the three phases of the interpersonal relationship: orientation, working, and termination, where the students are required to describe them according to the patient’s characteristics and needs. This cost-effective tool has significantly facilitated the student’s learning and training in mental health nursing, specifically the importance of the therapeutic relationship. During the two years when this tool was in practice, students improved their understanding of the main factors involved in the nurse/patient relationship. This nursing form also helps nursing students identify the main aspects involved in mental health assessment. Using this tool has facilitated mental health training for undergraduate nursing students while improving the quality of nursing assessment, ultimately providing high-quality nursing care in mental health.

This study focused on the analysis of labour migration tendency of academic professionals in federal universities in South East, Nigeria. It employed the descriptive survey research design. Three research questions guided the study. Sample random sampling technique was used to draw a sample of 609 academic professionals from the area of this study which represents10% of the total population of 6109 academic professionals in federal universities in south east, Nigeria. A questionnaire titled Labour migration tendency index questionnaire (LMTIQ), which contained 30 items, designed on a 4 point scale and arranged into 3 three clusters, was used as an instrument for data collection for this study. The instrument was validated by three experts who are lecturers in the department of Educational Management and Policy and Measurement and Evaluation in the department of Educational Foundations all in the Faculty of Education, NnamdiAzikiwe University, Awka. Cronbach-alpha was used to test reliability of the instrument which yielded a coefficient value of 0.80. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The findings revealed that the pull factors of high salary packages, improved work environment, staff welfare and social-security benefits, developed physical facility development and flexible employment policies contribute to academic professionals' labour migration tendency. Based on the findings, it was recommended among other things that the government and policy makers and university administrators should reduce instances of the push factors in the system by providing adequate motivational strategies that will encourage academic professionals to stay in this country and develop the university education.

This study investigated into resilience effects on the self- development of adolescents in secondary schools in Kumba II Sub Division of South West, Cameroon. Focus was on adaptation, locus of control, self-efficacy and persistence and their relationship with self-development. The descriptive survey design was used with a sample of 303 adolescent students. The instrument used for data collection was a self-constructed questionnaire with a reliability of 0.712. Data were analyzed using frequency counts, percentages and Spearman rho test to establish relationships between resilience and self-development. The findings showed a significant and positive relationship between adaptation and self-development (P-value=0.048<0.05). The positive sign of the correlation value (R=0.211) implied that self-development was more likely when adolescents were well adapted in their environment. Findings equally affirmed that there was a significant and positive relationship between locus of control and self-development (P-value=0.000<0.05). The positive sign of the correlation value (R=0.235) implied that self-development was more likely when they adequately control their behavior in their environment. Similarly, the findings equally revealed that there was a significant and positive relationship between self-efficacy and self-development (P-value=0.000<0.05). The positive sign of the correlation value (R=0.311) implied that self-development was more likely when they portray high self-efficacy about their own self. Finally, the findings on persistence revealed that there was a significant and positive relationship between persistence and selfdevelopment (P-value=0.000<0.05). The positive sign of the correlation value (R=0.244) implied that self-development was more likely when they portray high level of persistence in their environment. The findings indicated that resilience therefore has an effect on the self-development of adolescents in secondary schools in Kumba. Based on the findings, some recommendations were made that the government should sensitize adolescents on forums to be resilient because the findings of this study have showed that adolescents are endowed with resilient potentials. Adolescents should be seen as contributors to the welfare of society not passive agents. Seminars, workshops, refresher courses could be organized to educate adolescents on issues that will help deviate their minds from deviant behaviours and juvenile delinquency and to be more engage in activities that can add values in their lives and improve on their self-development.
